Cocoa - Sweet & Floral

Ingredients: Dark Cacao Powder, Cane Sugar, Orange Blossoms, Pepper & Spices

Tasting Notes: Fruity chocolate, sweet, aromatic with a hint of heat.  Makes great hot or cold cocoa. Add to your coffee and make a mocha. 

Superfood spices are GOOD for your health and this dark European cocoa has very little sugar. Try it first before you doctor it.  It's fantastic in coffee or just as hot cocoa.  

Make a syrup with 2 tablespoons cocoa + 2 tablespoons hot water. Mix well. Makes a rich chocolaty drink hot or cold.  

All spices are freshly ground and sourced farm-direct by the Master of Spices, Lior Lev Sercarz, La Boite NY. If you see little dark specks those are spices. Over-grinding can cause loss of essential oils.
