Grande Madeleines (XL)

We bake our Madeleines fresh daily. We serve the California region primarily.  You may order for shipping outside of the region but for the ultimate experience, there's a 2-week shelf life. They can be frozen for up to 3 months.  

These extra-large versions are like three in one.  They are super buttery using European style only. The ingredients are the best we can find no skimping here.  We like King Arthur flour and cane sugar. Valrhona dark cocoa is fantastic in our cocoa version we take our lead from 

pastry chefs worldwide. The small batch vanilla is a blend of Madagascar and Tahitian by Sonoma Syrups in Northern California. The local eggs are free-range and brown.
